These Terms govern your use of the Finton mobile app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Finton helps users understand and improve their financial situation by analyzing open banking data and providing automated insights. Finton does **not** offer financial advice, lending, or brokerage services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the EEA to use the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. No financial advice

All information and insights provided by Finton are general and automatically generated. They do not constitute personal financial advice, recommendations, or credit assessments.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to this processing.

6. Liability

Finton and Haveton AB are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the App or from any financial decisions based on the information provided.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.
